Booking Confirmation:
All cab and tour bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment or written confirmation. Customers are advised to provide accurate travel details.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled trip may be eligible for a partial refund. Last-minute cancellations may not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
Responsibility:
Trivian is not liable for delays due to weather, road conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. We ensure best efforts to maintain schedules.
Vehicle Use:
Vehicles are provided for the agreed route and duration only. Any additional usage may incur extra charges as per standard rates.
Customer Conduct:
Clients are expected to maintain proper behavior during the journey. Damage to vehicles or misbehavior with staff may result in termination of service.
Pricing:
All fares are based on current fuel rates, route, and availability. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
